Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and MyTravelPeace governing access to and use of the Service.

By creating an Account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy where applicable.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

MyTravelPeace provides software tools for travel-related planning and discovery, including itinerary organization, collaboration, shared trip links, subscription-gated AI Features, and an Admin Platform for internal operators.

Feature availability depends on your Account status and plan entitlements as shown in the product.

The Service is software only. Outputs, suggestions, search results, itineraries, and AI generations are informational tools for your own planning.

MyTravelPeace is not a travel agency, tour operator, carrier, lodging provider, or insurance intermediary. We do not sell tickets, hotel stays, packages, visas, or insurance.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, pricing, safety, or suitability of any third-party venue, event, transportation option, or travel condition referenced in the Service or in AI outputs.

You are solely responsible for verifying travel arrangements with authoritative sources and providers before you travel or spend money.

You must provide accurate Account information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your Account.

Authentication is provided through our identity provider. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract and are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.

Paid Plans provide access to paid features according to the entitlements described at purchase and in the product (for example higher AI allowances on higher tiers).

Plan names, prices, and included features are shown at checkout and on plan pages. Free / public access may include limited discovery features without a Paid Plan.

Paid Plans bill on a recurring basis for the interval disclosed at checkout (for example monthly) until canceled.

Unless you cancel before renewal according to these Terms and the Refund Policy, your Paid Plan renews automatically and you authorize Paddle to charge the then-current fees using your selected payment method.

Payments for Paid Plans are processed by Paddle. Where Paddle acts as Merchant of Record, Paddle is the seller of record for the transaction, may collect applicable taxes, and may present its own checkout terms.

MyTravelPeace maintains a local subscription projection for product entitlements. Payment method storage and tax invoicing are handled in Paddle’s systems.

MyTravelPeace does not currently offer a free trial for Paid Plans. If a trial is introduced later, trial length, conversion to paid billing, and any exceptions will be disclosed at signup or checkout before you enroll.

Where the product allows, you may upgrade from a lower Paid Plan to a higher Paid Plan (for example Premium to VIP). Upgrades are processed through Paddle and may be billed with proration according to Paddle’s billing mode used by the Service (commonly immediate proration for upgrades).

After a successful upgrade, entitlements update according to the new plan as reflected in your Account.

Where the product allows, you may schedule a downgrade from a higher Paid Plan to a lower Paid Plan (for example VIP to Premium). Downgrades are typically scheduled to take effect at the end of the current paid period so you retain current-plan access until that time.

You may be able to cancel a scheduled downgrade before it takes effect, as implemented in the product. Downgrade mechanics are described in-product at the time you confirm the change.

You may cancel auto-renewal so your Paid Plan does not renew for a subsequent period. Cancellation is generally scheduled as cancel-at-period-end: you keep access until the current period ends, then paid entitlements expire unless you resubscribe.

Where the product and Paddle allow, you may resume a Paid Plan that is scheduled to cancel before the period ends, clearing the scheduled cancellation.

Use in-product subscription controls and/or the Paddle customer portal entry points provided in the Service.

Refund eligibility and processes are described in our Refund Policy. That Policy is incorporated by reference for Paid Plan purchases.

You agree to use the Service lawfully, keep Account credentials secure, review AI and travel-related outputs before relying on them, and configure sharing and collaboration settings appropriately.

You are responsible for Customer Content you submit and for compliance with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, non-payment, or risk to the Service or other users.

AI Features may produce incomplete, outdated, biased, or incorrect information. AI outputs are not professional travel, legal, medical, visa, or safety advice.

You must independently verify important information. Additional disclosures appear in the AI Notice. Plan limits and provider availability may interrupt or throttle AI Features.

If you create share links or invite collaborators, you authorize the Service to disclose trip content to those recipients according to the settings you choose.

You are responsible for the sensitivity of shared content and for revoking access when appropriate using product controls.

You retain ownership of Customer Content you create.

You grant MyTravelPeace a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely as needed to operate and improve the Service features you use (including collaboration, sharing, backups used for Service continuity where applicable, and security).

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit Customer Content and to grant this license.

The Service, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by MyTravelPeace or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access the Service as permitted by your Account and plan.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may cancel Paid Plan renewals as described above.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk or abuse, fail to pay fees owed, or if we discontinue the Service. Where practicable, we will provide notice. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive termination.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” MYTRAVELPEACE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service or AI Features will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your requirements or be accurate.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYTRAVELPEACE AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR TRAVEL-RELATED LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON AI OR PLANNING OUTPUTS.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO MYTRAVELPEACE FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

We may modify these Terms by publishing an updated version. The “Last Updated” and version fields identify the current version.

If you continue using the Service after changes become effective, you accept the revised Terms where permitted. Material changes may require renewed acceptance when acceptance recording is enabled in the product.

These Terms will be governed by the laws designated by MyTravelPeace’s operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.

Formal legal notice requirements, registered office, and entity name will be confirmed by counsel. Until then, do not treat informal messages as formal legal service of process.
