AI Notice

This AI Notice describes how artificial intelligence features work on MyTravelPeace and important limitations.

It applies to the AI Assistant and Public Radar (and any similar generative or model-powered features we enable for your plan). Read it with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

Public Radar provides AI-assisted search-oriented results for events and cultural context based on filters you submit (such as location, dates, and categories).

The AI Assistant provides conversational help related to travel planning within the product, subject to plan entitlements and usage metering.

Availability of each feature depends on configuration, plan limits, and third-party model provider status.

Responses may be generated or assisted by machine-learning models (currently Google Gemini). Outputs can be incomplete, outdated, biased, fabricated, or otherwise incorrect (“hallucinations”).

AI outputs are informational software results only. They are not verified facts and are not a substitute for primary sources.

AI Features do not provide professional legal, medical, visa, immigration, insurance, financial, or safety advice.

MyTravelPeace does not guarantee bookings, prices, schedules, entry requirements, or travel outcomes. You must independently verify important information before traveling or spending money.

You remain responsible for how you use AI outputs, for Customer Content you create from them, and for complying with the Acceptable Use Policy when submitting prompts.

When you use AI Features, prompts, filters, and related request context are transmitted to our AI model provider to generate a response. We may store usage metering records to enforce plan allowances.

Do not submit secrets, payment card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive personal data in prompts. Broader processing details appear in the Privacy Policy and Subprocessors list.

AI Features may be rate-limited, interrupted, degraded, or unavailable due to provider outages, configuration, or plan quotas.

We may change models, providers, or feature behavior to operate and improve the Service. Material changes to privacy practices will be reflected in the Privacy Policy and Subprocessors page as applicable.

We do not promise perfect accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI outputs for any particular trip or decision.
