Acceptable Use Policy

Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets rules for using MyTravelPeace. It forms part of the Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension, termination, or other enforcement actions.

The Service is software for travel planning, collaboration, sharing, and AI-assisted discovery (including Public Radar and the AI Assistant). It is not a travel agency, booking engine, marketplace, or advertising platform.

Intended Use

You may use the Service for lawful personal or internal organizational travel planning consistent with your plan entitlements, including creating trips, inviting collaborators, sharing trip links you control, and using AI Features within published limits.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

Engage in illegal activity or to promote illegal activity.
Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive communications via the Service.
Harvest credentials, attempt password stuffing, or otherwise abuse authentication.
Share Account credentials in a way that circumvents plan limits or security controls, or sell access to your Account.
Impersonate another person, organization, or MyTravelPeace.
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or operators.
Upload or distribute malware, malicious code, or harmful content.
Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code of the Service except where mandatory law permits.
Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities of systems without authorization, or circumvent rate limits, quotas, or security measures.
Overload, disrupt, or degrade the Service through automated abuse (including excessive scraping or bot traffic outside permitted use).
Use AI Features (including Public Radar and the AI Assistant) to generate illegal content, to harass others, to attempt to extract secrets, or to evade usage limits.
Misrepresent MyTravelPeace as providing bookings, visas, insurance, or guaranteed travel outcomes.

AI and Public Radar Abuse

AI Features consume provider capacity and plan allowances. You must not systematically abuse quotas, automate high-volume AI requests to harm the Service, or submit prompts designed to extract confidential system information.

Consequences

If we reasonably believe you violated this AUP or create risk to the Service or others, we may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate Accounts, report unlawful activity to authorities, and cooperate with lawful investigations.

Appeals

Pending Legal Review

If your Account is restricted and you believe the action was in error, you may contact MyTravelPeace through the designated support channel to request a review.

Appeal timelines and formal process will be confirmed by counsel and operations.

Changes

We may update this AUP by publishing a new version. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by the Terms.
